Vorsicht vor FREE Retour Versprechen! Auf mein Retourwunsch wurde zuerst mit einem kleinlichen Gutscheinangebot reagiert, welches ich ausgeschlagen habe. Folgende Antwort von Wemax lasse ich umkommentiert stehen (dies war ebenfalls die letzte Rückmeldung von WEMAX):"[...]We are very sorry that at the moment we are having some problems with our system and we are not able to create return labels. We're already looking for a tech to take a look at it, not sure when we'll be able to fix the problem.[...]"

the customer service was very poor and…
the customer service was very poor and late in responding and when i try cancelling the order the canceling does not work in the site, all i have to talk to Klarna payment to initiate the cancellation and refund process. but unfortunately the product delievered at home and when i try returning without even bring in home, all i have to pay the Return cost which is not acceptable. i stated the conversation on refund and cancellation before the shippment.

Wemax won't deliver my projector…
I never recieved my Wemax Nova SE 4K UHD ALPD UST Laser Projector. It was scheduled to arrive on Oct 15 and and it never arrived. I contacted Wemax and they said they would resolve it in 48 hours. More than a week later and they said they are looking into it and will resolve it in 48 hours. No help at all. They told me to track it. I obviously had done that already. FedEx had lost it and a week after I contacted FedEx they all of sudden changed the status from out for delivery to delivered a week ago with no signature. Wemax is not helpful at all and won't answer the phone and emails are replied to after about 12 hours with a canned answer.

I got a used item.I couldnt return the item. They blamedme for the item then blammed the UPS driver.terrible customer service.i will never buy from this company. I don't recommend this company if that's how they treat there customers

Listen to your customers
I waited 2 weeks for a screen to arrive, because Wemax decided they knew more than I did. If a customer wants to pay extra to get better shipping, there's probably a reason.
