Reassuring Customer Service
I made a huge order from Wemax (over $15K) At first I was reluctant about doing what I consider "a big financial transaction" with a company overseas but the customer service lady Irene was very reassuring. I placed my order on 10/12/23 and by 10/17/23, 11 out of the 12 items I ordered actually arrived before I expected them to. When the 12th item was late due to the used of a different courier WEMAX Customer Service Reps helped me track down the delivery and returned my phone calls to update me as to where my item was.

The shipping was fast and on-time…
The shipping was fast and on-time however apart of my order was missing but after I contacted customer service which can only be done by email or the chat feature on the website which took about 24 hours. They was able to locate missing items and give me new tracking number for the missing box which arrived a few days later.

Screen is easy to assemble, mounting not so much.
Screen is easy to assemble. Make sure to read carefully the instructions on the sequence for putting the springs. I found the mounting hard to install and ended up using only the upper brackets. Screen does a good job of rejecting daylight.

easy ordering and fast delivery
easy ordering and fast delivery. Tripod from the ordered set was missing, my email was directly answered and shortly after the item was dispatched, though I don't know whether this would happend if I hadn't written them. So far happy with product/ordering.

Good product
Good product and quick delivery. I am still waiting for tripod 2 weeks though wich is reportedly out of stock now.

Soy profesor y he utilizado el proyector Wemax Go Advance durante 8 meses con excelente visualizacion de su imagen. Sin embargo de maner abrupta y no ocasionada a caida, el control remoto dejó de funcionar y eso me preocupa ya que no se logra proyectar sin el mismo. El telf de contacto +1 (949) 565-3985 no responden. A pesar de que me ha gustado el equipo con mucho, esto es un gran inconveniente a la hora de us compra. Por lo que he investigado no venden el control como repuesto. Espero se pongan en contacto conmigo para poder solucionar. Saludos.

materials packaged well
materials packaged well, parts fit together well. Installation went well except for wall bracket instructions not received, and could not find online. I am happy with the screen, and performance seems to be as advistised.
