When I ordered it, It said it would be delivered by a certain date. I did not even leave your warehouse until three day later than due date. Had promised to have it done for customer but thank goodness he understood as I showed him the screen shot of the order. The product is fine and went together ok but customer service was lacking

I'm happy with the product and the delivery. the only thing I'm unhappy about is that it wasn't mentioned that the screen and projector will ship separately. I purchased as a deal together so I thought it was implied that they will be sent together. I use a forwarding address and now I will be twice for the shipping charges instead of once at a cheaper rate.

Great, except for some reason will not recognize my Nintendo switch in the hdmi port. The switch works perfectly fine on my TV.

Need a lot of improvements on Apps. 1-Netflix launched. However, won’t bel able to move and select to a particular movie to watch. 2- Laser point to browser around from remote control instead of manual jumping up/down/left/right botton to browser around for selection from each application App.

I purchase this mini projector for personal use. Sound quality is clear, picture is good. The two down side to this projector is that it missing the auto center which I think all projector should have. Trying to adjust to center the video is little annoying sometime. I’m addition, from time to time the unit lost connection so show blue screen and display no connection. When this happen I have to unplug the hdmi cable and plug back for the picture to show. I tried several HDMI cables and varies setting, but still same. For those two reason I takes away 2 stars from this projector.

No instructions for what to do when connected via wifi. Should include a cable that can be used. Tried to contact company via # on site and it does not work. Tried to do the chat. No response—waited for over 2 hours, unfortunately.
