Super fast shipping

I got the 120" floor rising unit in feb 23, 2023. Looks great amd was easy to operate. Very stable. On March 7, I report via email, the screen on the upper corner was getting loose. After some back and forth to show them a video of what is happening they sent me a video from the factory on how to fix the issue. The screen apparently got loose from the double sided tape that was installed. I did the step by step instruction they sent me. It was in chinese and I could not understand it but the way he was showing it can be followed clearly. Wish there was sub-titles in english. I was able to bring it back together again as it was an easy fix. I used a stronger double sided tape and got back the screen together again. The response of the support team was great and they re-assured me when I was waiting for the solution. Thanks Wemax!

Firstly, had trouble with receiving the product I ordered. But thanks to the customer support. They really helped me to get my product after all these troubles.

Wemax INOVA & 120" Screen - Projector is in use for 3months now and we love it. Screen did arrive late and we were given few options like credits, refund etc., to choose because of the delayed shipment. We went with the option that worked for us. Customer service was responsive. I do recommend the product

Great wireless, rechargeable camera. Video quality is very good and app works very well. Thank you for the great product and very quick shipping.

My projector came in and was packaged very well, and very easy to set up. I like that it’s not too bulky. The sound and image are great, during the day or night. It is a little loud but you only notice it when your not actually watching anything. Overall, I would buy another one. The ordering experience was a breeze and I have no issues so far.

Excellent product, great price, trustworthy site.

Better quality than expected.
