I received a nova projector showing white lines and received a usps slow return label, so it looks like it will be awhile for me to receive a new one. Seem to show a great picture tho.

I saw a listing on their website for a screen plus projector combo, listed for $999.00. I purchased it, plus they had a coupon code on their website which brought the price down to $800.00, I got order confirmation. After about a week of the order just showing unfulfilled and no shipping update. I got a hold of customer service via email, because I couldn't via phone. They responded that the order was just for a screen and that it was back ordered for a month. I responded by providing my order number and details which clearly shows that it should be a screen and projector, they responded that the dollar amount of the sale couldn't purchase both items. I responded that your website had it priced that way and you guys gladly took my money. A few days later I got an email showing they refunded my mom and the order was cancelled. All said, I guess they made an error on their website and wouldn't back it, so it was easier for them to just refund the money.

Such a pathetic experience. Ordered 4k ultra short trough with 100" screen but received only projector. When I try to reach CC for screen, no proper response and no update regarding delivery date. Even returns process also very complex and no proper response regarding process. I would not recommend this. I felt, may be a scam to hold customers money.

Placed order April 18, Expected shipment within one week- no delivery but the 100" screen as of Sunday May 9. poor communication as I'm only able to reach them via email and chat. Last heard on May 5th they would be following up with their "WAREHOUSE". This is hands down worse experience I have had with any company.

We shipped the projection screen within 48 hours after we got the order information, however the UPS failed to update the tracking numbers. We already report them. If it's missed, we will provide full refund. Sorry for this shopping experience. Thanks

The projector doesn't work for me so I decided to return it. But they ask me for a video to proof it and till now they didn't send me a return label.
