Great customer service
Great customer service. I received a unit with a defective battery. Emailed customer service and they took care of the problem immediately. They even shipped a new unit out before asking me to ship the defective one back. Super fast and great service. Highly recommend. I also recommend their devices! They are amazing. The dice projector is legit.

I would like to leave my feedback about my purchasing experience with Wemax. Firstly, I would like to thank the company for the quick delivery of the item I purchased. I was very satisfied with the speed at which the company processed my order and shipped the product. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to receive the product, as it was lost by the intermediary services during transport. Despite this unfortunate situation, I would like to affirm that I still have the desire to one day obtain a Wemax product and become part of the family of satisfied customers. Finally, I would like to thank Wemax again for the quick delivery, attention, and excellent customer service. I wish the company great success and hope to have the opportunity to soon purchase a quality product from the brand.

I absolutely love my Wemax Lazer…

Item arrived late but in good packaging.
Projector came from China so ha a couple days late from the date it was expected, packaging received was in excellent condition. The projector is working excellent, it was worth to way a little longer. I tried the projector with different input, HDMI and USB and all was good. Projector is putting out better than I thought, very good product.
