I purchased a refurbished unit after I…
I purchased a refurbished unit after I spoke with them and they assured me it would ship that day. 2 days later I get told that they are out of stock and if I want to wait. I said ship me a new one and 2 days later I get offered a refund and they would email me when they get more in stock. Funny story when I first called them the person that answered said they no longer work for wemax and gave me another persons number. That should’ve been a clue not to buy online from them if they don’t even have their warehouse personnel in order.

Purchase cancelled without reason - long reimbursement
Company cancelled my purchase without any reason, just sent me an email after days informing that a reimbursement had been scheduled. The real reason according to a deals website is that they offered free shipping to Brazil and later regretted, reason why cancelled all purchases from Brazil with no reason.
