The equipment came in a fair amount of time. The support is what’s lacking. I’m having an issue with connecting to Wi-Fi and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now on a response and now the site says they are taking another week off for whatever reason so I really don’t have high hopes for this major investment. The picture quality is pretty good and if your wall isn’t absolutely perfect I do highly recommend the screen with the laser models.

Very low resolution

I never receive my package, when I asked for a refund the support tells me they can't refund. I just lost $380. Thanks I'll never buy a wemax's product just run!! Edit: They contacted me back and I get my money back. I can't review product, but the support team are fair and honest. Hope my experience will help

Overall is a good product so far, customer service from email is good and respond quick. However, phone is not reachable.

Product arrived damaged, the screen and frame seemed to have been of good quality for the price but unfortunately it needed to be returned, so I did not set it up and try it out. Customer service was slow and hard to deal with at first requiring me to send pictures three different times. Which they were later apologetic about. After some back and forth they did send a prepaid return label a couple weeks later. Unfortunately somehow USPS lost the package with the damaged screen. At first Wemax stated that they would not give a refund without receiving the returned screen even though it was their prepaid label and they did not insure the package. They asked for me to file the claims with USPS, since they’re in China and are unable to. So I spent hours on the phone with USPS. After several more back and forth emails, Wemax did ultimately do the right thing and sent me a full refund several weeks later.

Shipping was listed as early December when purchased, didn't ship until mid January. More updates when delays would be nice and trying to force people to install an app to check order status is horrible. Ever since then I've had constant stream of spam emails stating shortly after installing app

The shipping took more than 10 days to receive the item. The mailing tracker didn’t update and no insight when it would be delivered. No instruction manual inside with the product.
