Item was delayed and then once received the box was crushed and item was marked up; appeared to be in an accident. Screen legs were difficult to open, not sure if item was warped. I do not recommend this screen.

I purchased a screen and portable charger. Unfortunately, according to WeMax, the product was lost in the mail and a shipping issue. Even though WeMax created a shipping label, it was never to the shipper. The customer service was not helpful at in resolving the issue. They would not refund my payment, and wanted to have me just get another one shipped out. I did not trust it, and they were very difficult in returning my money. I had to eventually reach out to my payment in order for them to investigate and in order to resolve and return my money. It’s one thing to have a shipping issue, but it’s very bad for a company to make clearing the issue extremely difficult.

Projector was delivered and left in "safe place. But was not there. Customer service said to check post office and that was it. No further help. Will probably have to get paypal involved for refund.
