This projector has terrible light bleeding when used at an angle. This is too much to watch anything normally in my view. I contacted customer serviced and explained it with a picture of this light bleeding. I am told i need to use it at a more straight angle and light bleeding is normal. Please do not advertise that this can be used at an angle. Using it over an hour with that level of light bleeding really hurts my eyes. Edited on 9/20/2022: i read the manual and of course i already did the adjustment the projector offers. Without adjusting it, you can not even put it at an angle… light bleeding is too much even after the adjustment. Edited on 10/4/2022: I posted a photo showing my horrible light bleeding issue, but the photo is gone (I am not sure why it is not posted here). After several communication, I was told the light bleeding is normal... I am not sure why they suggested the most basic tip, adjusting function, like it is going to fix the problem. I have already tried it many times already and IT DOES NOT HELP!!! if you plan to use at an angle, you will have bad light bleeding.

My friend recently spent $1200 on a Wemax projector in the US (San Francisco). He never received his projector. He contacted Wemax a number of times for resolution but to no avail. Wemax is not providing any customer service whatsoever.

Wemax customer support is non existent I bought a projector from Wemax website. I never received the order but Wemax says that the order was delivered.The shipping method chosen by Wemax said "signature required". However, I never signed for the package. Even UPS tracking says that the package was signed for by someone I have no clue who that is. Now I am contacting Wemax support to either get a refund or a replacement and the support is just not responding.

The projector is terrible. Awful picture, adjustment barely works. Not even worth the $200 I paid, which was for a REFURB when they're selling on Amazon NEW for $200. Trash product Trash company.

still waiting on refund for screen returned weeks ago wanting that refund asap. Got a email saying will give 90 percent back if close the dispute with paypal not good business practice. update received the refund after fighting with tthis company tooth and nail still lost 90 dollare to ship back. On website states would send a return label never got it.

Wanted to return the item but was asked to create a video.Never heard of such a return process.

The size is too small,also the black edges of the screen exposes making it not attractive.

Only a 90% refund even though the product was defective.
