I am very disappointed and upset by the inaccuracy of the information provided by you ,I tried contacting you multiple times through a phone call and it didn’t work. I placed an order with you on the 8th and it was supposed to take 2-3 bday., first time you said I will got it in October 14 th than it’s saying to the 18th and I’m traveling out of the country and leaving . Finally I got it , the Resolution not good also Netflix didn’t work

Sorry for the bad exprience. It's hardly to ship the second hand machine from our company, sometimes we will ship from Amazon warehouse. Because of time difference, we won't pick up the phone when we're not working, sorry about that. Let me know if you need further help.

Product is difficult to setup and uses too much power from external powerbank. When connected via airplay the product hangs with a blank screen. I asked customer care to return the product as it didn’t meet my expectations, there seems that I need to pay the repackaging fee and return shipping fee.

The projector itself is decent except the for coil whine. It literally ruined the experience of the projector for me. Whats worse is that the customer service has been nothing but resilient in terms of a return. I have sent several messages back and forth requesting a return and all they do is send me back useless explinations of how hearing a LOUD high pitched squeel is normal and that my room temp is too high... mind you my house is 65deg and I have expressed several times that I want a refund and that the high pitched sound of the projector ruins the experience for me entirely. I would purchase from a distributor that wants to provide customer service, not a place that refuses to provide a return and within the 30 day window...

Sorry for the poor exprience, this projector is a portable laser projector, the speaker is only 0.8W and it doesn't support stereo, that's the reason why it's not perform like others. The most advantage is the portability and compact design, thanks！
