You email stated the projector AND screen shipped. Only the projector shipped. Only recently told screen shipp after February. When ordered all was to ship in November. If I had known this I would have refused delivery and cancelled order. Your firm is not worth dealing with. Recommendation is to NEVER deal with your firm!

I purchased a projector from wemax on black Friday but changed my mind prior to shipping. I reached out to cancel my order and got no response. When I did get a response, I was told it was too late and that I'd just need to return it. Mind you, at this point, they told me that I would need to pay for shipping. News to me, but apparently it was in the fine print. So I did that. Sent it back to wemax and emailed them to all of they had received it. I'm guessing there's one person working the email account because, after two days I get this response: "Good day! So sorry for the late reply because I was sick and took a leave of absence This product was not supposed to be returned, and now you have returned it, we will give you a refund after checking the product. Since you contacted us to cancel your order after we shipped it, you have already incurred $21 in shipping costs. Also, our return service clearly states that after we got the returned item, we will refund up to 90% if the item's condition is intact, which won't affect our second sale. The 10% payment is the handling fee as well as the brand-new package fee. We will arrange you a 1128 USD refund within 1 week. Hope you can receive it asap. If you have any qeustions, please let us know. Best Regards!" I have no clue where this policy is on the site. It's 100% no where in any of the language of the description. I would love to call and speak to a manager but none of the numbers listed seem to work. All in all, insanely bad customer service. Unclear messaging. Expect one bad answer a day at 6:30 am EST until you give up.

The Wemax company policy on product returns is absolutely absurd and I will never purchase another Wemax product again. Buyer beware on the explicit conditions, of which there are several, on when you can and cannot return an item. Now I'm stuck with a projector that doesn't work for my room.

I have purchased a Wemax nova with screen almost one month ago directly from Wemax and still haven't received it. The company gave me a tracking number for an order delivered to Texas. Their correspondence is absurd and you can't get anyone on their service number. This is an example of their replies. WEMAX HI, Solomon Good day! As you can see, we apply it from Amazon, it cannot update the tracking number after 3 weeks. So sorry, we really want to send them to you. waiting for your reply

I haven't received my purchase yet. It has been 3 weeks. The company stated free worldwide shipping but wont ship my purchase to Hawaii.

I have still not received the projector screen that was ordered with the projector. It appears that something happened with the shipping of it so I have a projector that I can't use because of no screen. At this point I would like to see another one shipped to me.

My unit has not worked right since the day I got it I have emailed you guys over 10 times and called numerous times without the phone being answered and no reply to the emails. I have contacted the better Business bureau and the credit card company
