Don't buy anything from this company
The item I bought is a power bank. It doesn't charge at all. I tried different adapter to charge it, nothing works. I want to return it but their return policy is "Keep original box". How come I will keep it? So I tried to reach out to their customer service. No one answer me. I feel disappointed on this purchase and I will never come back to buy anything from this company.

No order updates after 20 days…
I still have not had any order updates since placing my order 20 days ago. I plan on cancelling it soon and getting the charge removed.

My device had all the bells and…
My device had all the bells and whistles as far as peripheral ports and potential but my projector had an issue where the lens inside came apart. I’m not quite sure what happened but I bought two other projectors at the same time and luckily the fatork and the eike really saved my but on an art project. But as far as the wemax I was sorely disappointed so much do that I forgot about it till now that I should’ve gotten service or refund or feojscement

Very poor customer care and service.
I had paid for the item several months in advance, and the company kept giving me lame excuses that the item was out of stock, so finally, 5 months later, they shipped the final product to me. That's completely unacceptable, and it shows very poor customer service and care.

Terrible product terrible support
I have been trying non stop to get a hold of wemax the support is terrible the product support will not help me they keep telling me to keep trying I even injured myself while trying to assemble and I got no feedback on assembly it shouldn’t be this hard to assemble a screen and even with multiple attempts and the product also has issues

WEMAX seems to SCAM as even after…
WEMAX seems to SCAM as even after having defect to Projector as didn’t like product and want to return back within 30 days as per return policy. NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL, no proper response through email as one response per days which seems to escape from giving full refund and giving silly reasons to enjoy with customer money which is worst thing I ever heard in US.

would not recommend
projector color saturation and hue are not great. user mode settings did not change them much. ALR screen doesnt align properly. impossible to fix. they do not accept returns.
