Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Es heisst, die App sei gratis - aber dafür bekommt man nur verwirrende Details, Prozente und Buchstaben an den Kopf geworfen, mit denen jemand ohne medizinische Ausbildung nichts anfangen kann. Die App sagt, ich sei 90% gestresst, dabei bin ich noch nie so entspannt gewesen wie in den letzten 6 Monaten. Physisch und psychisch. Es gibt mir Schafzeiten, die überhaupt nicht stimmen ich habe null Übersicht und bin nur verwirrt. Ich lösche das Teil wieder.

Welltory ist keine medizinische App und stellt keine Diagnosen. Die App nutzt die Herzfrequenzvariabilität (HRV), um zu zeigen, wie Ihr Körper auf Stress, Aktivität und Erholung reagiert. Manchmal stimmen die HRV-Daten nicht mit Ihrem Befinden überein, z. B. aufgrund körperlicher Belastung, Dehydration oder sogar leichter Müdigkeit, die Ihr Körper im Hintergrund verarbeitet.
Wir verstehen auch, dass die Diagramme und Messwerte zunächst komplex erscheinen können. Die kostenlose Version bietet grundlegende Einblicke, aber Sie können jederzeit in unserem Hilfe-Center nach klaren Erklärungen zu den einzelnen Werten suchen: help.welltory.com.

What a joke this app is
What a joke this app is. I’m not too sure how the algorithms work, but the stress percentage indicators are way off. I can take a reading lying in bed (after just waking up) and my stress level will be between 65-80%..!!!! Then on another day I can take a reading whilst doing something (I would consider) quite stressful and it’s low 60’s. My health is nearly always 100%, and my energy is all over the place as well. Early morning…37% energy…really????

Welltory analyzes heart rate variability (HRV) to estimate how your body is responding to stress, rest, and recovery. These numbers can sometimes feel counterintuitive because HRV reflects your body’s physiological state, not your conscious feelings of stress. For instance, after waking up, your body might still be in recovery mode, which can register as higher stress.
That said, your feedback is totally valid, as HRV is complex, and we’re constantly improving our algorithms to make the insights clearer and more intuitive. Thank you for giving Welltory a try and for sharing your experience.

They have Locked My Account
The App works fine.. its just there is no customer service. I am also locked out of my account, even though I have paid for a years subscription.
The app is asking me to verify my account, which I have done multiple times, but never receive any correspondence.
Its one of these companies I'm afraid that provide no way of contacting them. No email, no phone. You are just supposed to rely on their FAQ section... which in my case is completely useless..

Finger weg, Abzocke
Hände weg. Man bekommt die App nur auf Englisch, und wird beim Kauf mit den deutschsprachigen Screenshots in die Irre geführt. Eine Kündigung direkt nach dem Erwerb wurde über Apple/Problem melden abgelehnt. Nachtrag vom 14.10.25.: Nein, Apple verweisen an Welltory bei der Rückerstattung.

Es tut uns sehr leid, von Ihrer Erfahrung zu hören. Welltory ist derzeit auf Englisch verfügbar, und wir arbeiten daran, die Sprachunterstützung in Zukunft zu erweitern. Die Screenshots im App Store werden von Apple automatisch an Ihre Region angepasst, die App-Oberfläche selbst bleibt jedoch vorerst auf Englisch.
Stornierungen oder Rückerstattungen werden direkt von Apple bearbeitet, da alle Zahlungen über den App Store über deren System abgewickelt werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich erneut an den Apple Support zu wenden.

Zojuist zeer slecht geholpen via de helpdesk van Welltory. Is Megan een bot? Want de reacties zijn totaal niet op maat en missen alle behulpzaamheid. Had hiervoor contact met John en die moet je hebben bij vragen.

Poor app. Bad company
Tried the basic app and it just did not work well. Difficult to get readings and did not always correlate with how I felt. Signed up for premium thinking that would help. Nope. Haven't used in months and then it auto renews and they won't refund. Poor app Bad company.

Until now, we didn’t have an account here, so our reply is delayed. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and that the app didn’t work as you expected. HRV readings can sometimes differ from how you feel, especially if the measurement conditions aren’t completely calm, movement, talking, or stress can affect accuracy.
As for the renewal, all subscription payments and refunds are processed directly by Apple or Google Play, depending on where you made the purchase. If your subscription was purchased directly in the app, we always follow our refund policy, which you can find here: https://help.welltory.com/en/articles/3704644-. Please note that if a request doesn’t meet the policy criteria, it may be declined.

Kündigung funktioniert nicht
Kündigung funktioniert nicht, und das geht gar nicht. Habe mich stundenlang mit virtuellen Chatbots geärgert, stundenlang probiert über die Webseite oder die App. Welltory selbst gibt bei den FAQ an:
"To cancel your subscription, follow this link, if necessary, log in using your account credentials, and tap Cancel. After cancelation, the subscription will be active until the end of the paid period."
Habe den Link auf mehreren Geräten mit mehreren Browsern angeklickt und … tja, nur eine Übersicht über das aktuelle Abo, aber kein Button.
Probiere jetzt die Kündigung über den Support, aber selbst, wenn die funktioniert: Das geht gar nicht, die Kündigung so extrem zu erschweren! Das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich.

App just doesn’t work
This company and app promises a lot but it doesn’t work. Support is almost non-existent with any response just sending documents through. Data doesn’t sync, the insights are misleading.

This should tell you more about the level of service than anything else. The app and the company are an absolute joke.

Just so aware, Welltory replied on here after 17 months, it’s was a standard message that basically said if you’re not happy you can submit a bug report on the app
I updated so they edited the response.
Here some thoughts
1. Why would you still think I have the app after all this time
2. The app is borderline dangerous at best giving conflicting and irrelevant advice
3. It is incredibly difficult to get them to stop emailing and messaging despite unsubscribing. Ended up blocking them it’s quicker
4. If they have managed to convince you to take a app subscription, by the time you realise it doesn’t work you will be tied in and if you think unsubscribing from emails is hard, try getting out of an app subscription.
5. You taking years to claims your own trust pilot pilot page- not my issue
