Advertisements even after paid
Although I do not understand everything the app is tracking, I do like the insight it gives me about workouts, sleep, and stress. I would have given you his five stars, but the subscription bothers me a little. I paid whatever it was to start using the app, then before a week was over I was getting a high frequency of requests to upgrade to the lifetime subscription, and I signed up, then I started seeing advertisements on the app for third party products. And the advertisements really got under my skin. I paid for it, so keep the advertising on people who have not paid. Just like paying for TV, I believe I should not be paying for an advertisement considering the advertisers are paying also, and it just makes the company look like a money grabber rather than an organization that truly cares about my health.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re really glad to hear that Welltory’s workout, sleep, and stress insights have been useful for you. We also completely understand your frustration about seeing ads after paying. That’s not the experience we want Premium users to have, and we’re sorry it made the app feel pushy or less focused on your health. Just to clarify: if you have an active paid subscription, you shouldn’t be seeing ads in the app. You may still occasionally see Welltory offers or product-related messages. If that’s what you’re seeing, we’d really like to check it. Please send us a report from the app, so our team can look into your account and app setup: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. If possible, please include screenshots of the ads you’re seeing. We’ll check what’s happening and do our best to fix it. Thank you again for supporting Welltory and for being honest about what didn’t feel right. Feedback like this helps us improve the experience for paid users.
