Also, Apple Watch data can vary depending on how and when it’s recorded, which can affect how insights are generated, but that shouldn’t result in something that feels consistently off or unhelpful. If you’re open to it, you can send us a report via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send and mention this long-term experience, so we can take a deeper look at your data patterns and how they’re being interpreted. Sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. It’s possible that you’re unable to cancel because the subscription is already canceled, and in that case, the cancel button no longer appears. As for refunds, if the purchase was made via the App Store or Google Play, those are handled directly by them. Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. Just to clarify a couple of things. If the purchase was made through the App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple, so you did the right thing by submitting a request there, as we don’t have the ability to process those refunds ourselves. Regarding sleep data: Welltory doesn’t generate it on its own; it reads it from sources like Apple Health. If the sleep duration changed after editing, it’s because the app recalculates insights based on the updated data, not because it arbitrarily creates data. Hello, thanks for sharing your concern. Charges don’t happen randomly — subscriptions renew automatically only when the renewal date is reached, and the subscription hasn’t been canceled beforehand. Sometimes confusion can arise when multiple accounts or subscriptions are created with different sign-in methods.
