It doesn’t matter what I do, I get the same results not sure if it’s their program or me it would say I am stressed when I am not, and not show show signs of stress when I think I am. It would think I had a very lite day when I thought I worked my but off, and think I worked hard when I did very little. So I’m not sure how it gets its readings. About 50% of the time it is right on it, and I have paid for the life time subscription.

Thank you for sharing this and for supporting Welltory with a lifetime subscription. We understand why this can feel confusing. Welltory doesn’t measure stress or activity by how hard the day felt subjectively; it analyzes physiological signals such as HRV, heart rate patterns, sleep, activity, and recovery. Because of that, the app may sometimes show stress when you feel mentally calm, or low strain when a day feels emotionally or physically difficult. That said, if the results feel accurate only about half the time, we’d really like to take a closer look. Sometimes this can happen if the app isn’t receiving enough data, if permissions or data sources need adjustment, or if wearable data is incomplete. Please send us a report from the app so we can check your data and setup: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. If possible, include screenshots of examples where the results felt clearly off. We’ll be happy to review this and help make sure Welltory is working as accurately as possible for you.

Interesting graphics but not sure they mean anything really. This app can’t take events or health issues into account. There is no history back of interpretation and often seems irrelevant. Sometimes their screens seem really bad and scary but two different AI apps have interpreted data in a much more reasonable way.

Thank you for sharing your experience. You're right that no app can fully understand every life event, medical condition, or circumstance that may affect your health. Welltory's insights are based on physiological data from your devices, and while we do our best to provide meaningful context, they should always be considered alongside your personal situation and, when appropriate, professional medical advice. We're sorry to hear that some interpretations felt irrelevant or overly alarming. Our goal is to help people better understand their body's signals, not to cause unnecessary concern. Feedback like yours is valuable because it helps us improve how we explain data and present insights. We also appreciate your comment about historical interpretations and context. That's something we're continually working to improve as we develop the app further. Thank you for giving Welltory a try and for sharing your honest thoughts.

Seems they keep asking to subscribe for more services after forking over 100 dollars for the year. Seems excessive and greedy. While the app is good and helps me stay and track and consistent with my health goals, I can’t fork over additional funds for services that should honestly be included in the subscription services I paid for.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that a Premium subscription includes all app features and insights available in Welltory. Any lifetime offers you may see are not additional functionality; they're simply an alternative way to purchase access to the same Premium features. If you'd prefer not to receive lifetime subscription offers, please send us a bug report via: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. We'll be happy to look into it for you.

No matter how much sleep I get, Welltory tells me it wasn’t good enough. I’ve had very solid nights of rest and Welltory states something like “You needed more rest” and puts my battery at 65% to start the day.
Response from WelltoryMay 25, 2026
Thank you for your review. We understand why that can feel discouraging. Welltory doesn’t evaluate sleep based only on how many hours you slept; it also looks at signals like HRV, resting heart rate, recovery patterns, sleep consistency, stress load, and how recovered your nervous system appears overall. So it’s possible to sleep a long time and still wake up with lower recovery if your body was under stress, recovering from activity, dealing with poor sleep quality, irregular timing, illness, alcohol, mental overload, or other factors affecting recovery behind the scenes. If the results consistently feel completely disconnected from how you actually feel, please send us a bug report through the app with screenshots so the team can take a closer look at your data and syncing: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send.

App is great but their business model is not the best, they will make you subscribe to a year for $150 and then the week after make you pay an extra $350 for lifetime subs. I think they should just offer the lifetime fee from get go. Also… Australian price is so much more than other countries
Response from WelltoryMay 5, 2026
Thanks for sharing this. We do offer different options (monthly, annual, lifetime), but they’re not always shown at the same time, and that can understandably feel confusing. Your point about making lifetime pricing clearer from the start makes a lot of sense. As for regional pricing, including Australia, it can vary due to app store policies, taxes, and currency differences, not just our internal pricing. We appreciate you pointing this out, it’s helpful feedback.

I like the HRV. The sleep rating is not very reliable.
Response from WelltoryApr 30, 2026
Thanks for your feedback, we're glad to hear the HRV insights are useful. Sleep tracking can vary depending on the data source and how it’s recorded, so if something feels off, it’s worth checking what your device is reporting. If you’d like, we can also take a closer look at your case. Please, send us a bug report: Menu — scroll down — Report a problem. Thank you!

I use this app primarily for analyzing and improving my sleep overall. Frequently, though, the wait times are incorrect. I look at the other aspects of the app on a regular basis, but sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming.
Response from WelltoryApr 22, 2026
Thanks for sharing your experience. If something feels off or overwhelming, that’s important feedback. If you’re open to it, please send us a report via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send, so we can look into the timing issue specifically and help make things clearer.
