WelltoryReviews of welltory.com

I love having insight into my energy available. I think the mountain range of activity logging keeps me motivated.

This has been a great insight to my stress, sleep ( or little sleep) and activity. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure last year and the markers are very helpful.

My husband and I are making strides towards improving our sleep, health and wellbeing with Welltory. We have been using it diligently for about 2 years. I thought I had to exercise so much more than I actually needed to but all I was doing was exercising myself into adrenal fatigue and jacked up cortisol spikes. We had no idea how bad our stress was because we just kept on overdoing it. Now, we follow the science and are feeling better. We both have lifetime subs because we’ll never. Go back to.

Once you understand that the app doesn’t measure how you’re feeling emotionally but it’s measuring physical markers of stress it starts to make sense. I do not compare welltory data to other apps I use but use it to compare to other measurements I’ve taken throughput the day/wk. Many times it has picked up illness before I get symptoms and warns me to take it easy when I’m not remembering that I need to rest or take a break. I have chronic illness so my measurements are often awful but useful. I can tell when I’m not hydrating enough or over-hydratng and since I have POTS that’s very helpful. This won’t tell you if you’re happy or sad but it will tell you if you are over stressing your body which is helpful if you workout or have chronic illness. Or if you’re like most people and you tend to push your body too much on a daily basis in this stressful fast paced world.

So here’s the deal: I’ve watched the product evolve for the last two years, and as more details start to become more concreted the app has made more and more sense. There were growing pains, but I could tell the app was on the right path.

Good application. Goes deep in analysis. If you have patience to read everything, you fully understand your body .

This app has been hugely helpful in my health journey doing N=1 experiments in my daily life. At first I didn't believe the numbers were right, but over time I have been more aware of what's going on in my body and have learned the app was right. Wow! Tips: I) It can feel sluggish when loading in lots of data from Apple Health (UI feels stuck). Just give it a minute or close and restart app - minor annoyance, but app results are well worth it. 2) I use a polar Bluetooth chest strap for better accuracy than the camera measurements. I think that is worth it.
