Michelle was very helpful with identifying issues we had with our call script. We have had a couple important calls that were misrouted but hopefully moving forward with Michelle’s help and expertise those issues will be resolved.

The staff is incredible and staff is always my most valued asset. Gary, Tiff and the rest of the crew respond promptly and so do the operators taking calls! I am new to the system, but it really looks well thought out and as if it will be very helpful to both me and my patients.

I am happy to provide feedback on my experience with WellReceived. Gary Moore rescued my organization during hurricane Ida when our 24 hour after-hours answer center was taken out of service by a direct hit in the path of the storm. I called very late in the evening when he was about to get off for the day. I gave him our story and he stayed in place working extended hours to get us set up with agreements and account to direct patient calls to WellReceived operators. I later worked with Kathy Whitney who set up our individual accounts. The experience with Kathy was also very positive with availability and a lot of patience to get us set up properly. Subsequently Gary had been available and in touch regarding our use of minutes and advising as we approached our limits. I experienced the technical side when we had problems.
