I replaced my former service with WellReceived several months ago and I have been really happy that I did. I find the service to be reliable and easy to use, and the customer experience much, much better than the other service. However, what I really like is the customer service. Today I spent about half an hour with Michelle Trevino, working out ways to address some of our more common "random questions from the public" kinds of calls, and fine tuning the script as our office has grown. Not only was she exceptionally helpful in thinking through how the script should flow, but we laughed and laughed while we did it. It was like having a good friend who runs a receptionist service!
