When returned from vacation for 10 days the plants where still in good condition ❤️

Indoor plants thrown in front of the villa in the heat without prior notice on delivery or even ringing the doorbell on arrival. One of the 2 plants came with most leaves eaten by worms. We wrote to them 5 days ago and they didn't bother answering so far. Stay away.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! I bought two fiber pots [850aed each] and after 7 months they are already damaged. I was informed that they had a lifetime warranty, but now their customer service wants me to pay for new pots. They don't answer emails and their WhatsApp number is only useful to purchase new items.

I placed the order on May 19, 2024, and received the delivery on the 21st at 11:30 p.m. However, the delivery was made without any prior intimation - no call or ringing of the bell. The plant was potted directly outside on the street and then dumped outside my house. I promptly informed them about this via WhatsApp, but they neither replied nor offered an apology. Additionally, their website perpetually displays a sale countdown, with prices that never seem to change. I always question the ethics of companies that engage in this type of false promotion.

If I could give this place no stars I would! Completely disgusting service, they delivered two are areca palms with worms in the soil and are refusing to respond to my texts regarding a refund. DO NOT BUY YOUR PLANTS FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Disappointing service! My plant died within the second week of purchase. Despite contacting customer service and their promise to find a solution, I still haven’t received any response!!! The soil quality was poor; when I watered it, the water flowed directly through. Additionally, the plant arrived with yellowing stems and black spots. As a fellow plant lover, I couldn’t wait any longer and tried improving the situation with good soil and vitamins, but unfortunately, nothing worked.

Ordered a plant which was meant to be delivered within 7 days. On the 7th day, I messaged them to ask what time my plant would be arriving that day and I was told delivery would take 1-5 days after order. I explained we were currently on day 7. They said tomorrow. Every day for 3 days in a row they said tomorrow and no plant arrived. I contacted them on WhatsApp and said I no longer wanted the plant because of their incompetence and to just give me a refund. They said ok, it would be in my account within 21 working days. Fast forward 6 months, I still do not have a plant, nor a refund. When I contacted them I got one measley WhatsApp before they stopped replying. Like a stalker, I messaged them on Instagram, Facebook and called their number but got not response. Worst service in Dubai and definitely false advertising.

Well potted plants was supposed to have next day delivery. I had to chase them for three days to deliver my plants. On top of that, even though I mentioned 4 times that I did not order any pebbles, they delivered pebbles instead of the ordered and paid for bag of soil. They don't reply to WhatsApp messages and don't answer the phone. This is an unreliable company, please do not trust them with your money.
