I love how Wellfound has made its platform to apply for jobs that is simple and straight forward to navigate. I also really like that there is a contact person to send a message that goes beyond a resume and cover letter. Well done, Wellfound! You guys rock!

I really love the UX/UI of this site, I also love that most of the companies I've applied to actually got back to me in a timely manner. I haven't found that to be the case on other job posting sites. I do wish that there was more Jr. Software Engineering roles available but that's a sign of the market not the platform.

I love Wellfound because there are alot of start up companies that are hiring interns. You have a better chance getting an interview here.

It gives you access to many different companies that would take a lot of time to find one by one elsewhere. I like this platform better than other job search platforms too, with better filters involved for more specific searches. This is for the people who want to be part of innovative companies, rather than old/dying companies.
