Wellfound is one of the best platforms I’ve used for finding roles at startups. The interface is clean, applications are straightforward, and I love that you can see salary and equity ranges upfront—such a game changer! I've had genuine conversations with founders and hiring managers, and it feels more human and transparent compared to traditional job boards. It’s especially helpful if you’re looking for remote or early-stage opportunities. Just be patient—some roles get a lot of applicants, and not every company responds quickly. But overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to break into the startup world.

I’ve been using Wellfound for awhile now, even back when it was Angel List. It’s been super helpful and has a lot of jobs listed that you wouldn’t find on LinkedIn.
