Just a disgrace of a service. First of all I had to wait nearly 45 days for them to write me a new cover letter and resume. How does something like that take so long? Maybe because it's run by idiots. They didn’t even fully fulfill that part of the task because they promised multiple variations and didn’t provide them till a week after I had asked about them again. IDK what the hell happened with the job application stuff but they did absolutely nothing for me. They didn’t even read the job descriptions half the time. They were giving me roles that I would never be able to qualify for. They were giving me roles that asked me to speak languages I never have. They were giving me roles that were located no where near where I wanted to be. I dont even know what happened with the application process because I never got a single interview. Screw these guys.

I've applied to a ton of roles that are applicable to my skill set on well found, and have nothing to show for my efforts. As a candidate, I've found that this site is no better than LinkedIn or Indeed.

Their website is broken. Infinite redirects, can't even view job listings.

We are a small start-up and advertised a role with Wellfound. Very poor value for money when compared to LinkedIn and they auto-renew job adverts without warning or clear indication when posting. When complained, only a credit offered. Will never use again.

These guys are so so so non educated or what can I say... Just a few months ago these guys blocked my account without any reason, no explanation... But now, when they are switching to a new domain with new business they emailed me like this. "No one knows change better than the startup community. That’s why today, there’s no one we’re more excited to share this news with than you. After a decade building under the AngelList umbrella, AngelList Talent is officially branching out on its own, under a new name. Welcome to Wellfound. As Wellfound, we'll be doubling down on what we what we love to do most: helping the startup world find what’s next. Our friends over at AngelList Venture will continue on as AngelList. You’ll start to see some updates over the coming weeks. But — it’s so much more than a name change. While you can still access angel.co until March 2023, check out wellfound.com to learn more about what’s ahead for us." How on earth they could email me like this... They banned me and now asking me to share their junk new business to my top fellows. Where is the logic?
