Hi Bostonmom, we are sorry to know our masks didn't fit well. As we tell to our customers during our live chats, sms, emails or calls, in order to assist our customers to find the best fit for their masks before purchasing, we show the measurements of each mask and size so this can be compared with the area required to cover, and for the kids sizes, we have an additional pictures showing instructions on how to measure the face to determine which mask would fit the best, as we know not everyone will fit the same. Regardind the chemical smell, please rest assured this is not a chemical, but what we call “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. Dear Mari, we are sorry you had this experience with the shipping process. We've been frustrated with carriers as well. Due to the current COVID situation, logistics have been affected and the volume of packages is in constant increase, some shipments could present delays thereof. After doing a checkup, it seems you haven't chosen the expedited option, but instead the economy option, which during the holidays, the couriers delayed a bit, and we're sorry for that, even if it was not on us, as we are unable to control how carriers control their shipments. We hope this clarified your concerns, and as compensation you were refunded for the shipping costs. Thanks a lot for your time, and hopefully the products provided the protection you needed.
