Came in good time. High quality mask. I like that the straps are tight and that helps the mask last a long time. I would buy again. Made me realize it's better to get straps instead of ear loops so I don't put constant pressure on the back of my ears. I keep both straps at the lower back part of my head.

The masks are great
The masks are great. Shipping was incredibly slow. One order never showed up. I called to say that it had been three weeks since it shipped and the tracking said it had never left the warehouse. The customer service agent acted like this happens all the time and that I should just wait another week and call back if they don’t arrive. Well, they never did and I had to call back again. The second time I couldn’t get anyone on the line so I emailed, lo and behold they did respond and I got a refund. But I was disappointed because I was going to use them on an upcoming plane ride. I ended up just buying some from the grocery store. I did finally order another set of masks from well before and they came in timely fashion and are very comfortable.

After verifying, we found on text messages they provided the explanation regarding delays on orders, and expected to receive a confirmation if the order arrived by the mentioned date or not, and no other calls were made after that under your registered number. But aside of that, we still sorry the courier were not able to deliver the package, so please let us make thing right to improve your experience with us. Please stay tuned.

Good quality, but small/petite size masks I ordered for my kids are the same size as regular masks
The masks seem well-made, which is very good. My main issue is that the size of the face-covering portion of the mask seems to be the same size as standard masks...the whole reason I got the small/petite size masks was because standard masks are a little too big for my kids' faces. The only thing that seems any different than the standard size masks I'd ordered is the size/adjustability of the ear loops. So, while these masks are fine for adults, they don't do my kids any better than regular size masks.

We're happy to know the masks met your expectations as how they are constructed, and to help you with the sizing, please note that indeed the small size for adults, and the regular size for kids measure the same, as you were able to see. However, we also have other sizes that may help to your kid in terms of sizes (you can confirm the other options and their measurements on our site), as we know our customers would like to protect their children as well, regardless the szie.
