I love this company- it’s products…but the website….
I love this company- it’s products, customer care but I really struggle with the website and changing my subscription when needed. Not user friendly! Please make it easier so I can keep using this service. Would have gotten a 5 if it weren’t for the website issues. Thank you!

I’ve placed several orders since…
I’ve placed several orders since January. Most of them are good, the product is amazingly usable and of good quality. But there’s one order, which was pretty urgent and essential for me, didn’t make it to the end. I believe it was shipped, but after half a month or so it’s still on the way. And the tracking isn’t updating since shipped. So I contacted the customer service to see what went wrong. They were responsive enough and I got the refund at the end.

Great Company
I can't say enough good things about Well Before. The mask quality is great, they arrive quickly and are fairly priced. I have been ordering their masks for over a year.

Quality is Unmatched
When my school district gave me a single (yes, just one) N95 mask to make it through the Omicron wave, I knew I needed to do better! I ordered the WellBefore KN95 and N95 masks. I decided I like the KN95s better for all day teaching. They kept me COVID free through January while Omicron spread through my classroom. I will continue to wear this product, because the quality is unmatched! - A thankful teacher
