I saw an ad for this company in an official announcement online, so I tried them out. WellBefore has really been a great company to do business with during these hard times of pandemic. They deliver when promised, and they even let you sign up for alerts when they have availability again on covid supplies. I've bought KN95, KN94 and the Flowflex covid antigen tests, a couple times over. All purchases came when or BEFORE promised and were the quality I hoped for. While in the process of ordering, I had a customer service question and they quickly answered electronically so I could complete my order moments later. I'm hoping I won't need to place anymore orders for masks or covid tests, but if I do, I will hope to order from WellBefore.

Half of my order was processed and delivered on time and correct. A second item included in the order was not what I expected, based on my understanding of Well Before's online description. After conversation with customer service, the company settled my dispute completely to my satisfaction. Cost of the product was cancelled and, surprisingly, I did not have to return the product. Obviously, Well Before does have the satisfaction and interests of their customers as a priority. I'd order from them again.

Great masks and service! We’ve ordered several times.

I've ordered KN95 masks several times from WellBefore and have always been very pleased with the quality, customer service and turn-around time. I had a small issue with the last masks I ordered (no KN95 stamp) which made me wonder if they were real. I said that in a review here. WellBefore contacted me immediately, explained what had happened and assured me they are indeed genuine KN95 masks. On top of that they are sending me 20 masks to make things right. Now that's excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to order from this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends.
