Well before, not so good after
I ordered black kn95 masks which were packed in groups of five. They are so thick that they won’t make a seal when you breathe in. They did not look exactly like the picture on the site. I asked for a refund and they made it so complicated that I just kept them. I’m not impressed.

Hi Sharon, we are sorry to know you had issues with our experience. After reading you case, the regular process was followed with your order, for which we presume the only complicated part would have been the return where you had to send the masks back to us, and if so, we are sorry to know this part complicated things, including the reminders with no response we've sent. However, if you consider you are still interested to return the masks, please let us know with a picture the masks you wish to return and address it to our manager, so he can solve this himself, as having our WellBefore masks packed in groups of 5 is not normal, and you can see that on our site, so please compared and be sure the masks you will be returning are coming from us. https://wellbefore.com/products/kn95-disposable-fda-ce Stay safe.
