Great service and product

These masks are great! They are comfortable, well made, and the only KN95 in the 94 style I could find that has adjustable loops so I can get a tight fit on my small face. The fact that they come in colors is just icing on the cake!

Updated: The day after I posted the original review, below, WellBefore contacted me and both apologized for the situation and offered to send me the original order free of charge. Given the speed of reply and the very generous compensation, I would say that this doesn't happen often or they would be out of business. We already have masks so told them that we didn't need them but they sent them to donate to my daughter's preschool. We opened one of the kids masks and it fit my 4 year old well and it's not easy to find well fitting masks for faces that small. The adult masks also fit well and seem of good quality. Given the first experience, I can't give them 5 stars, but I must say they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and their products are of very good quality. --------------------------------- I ordered KN95 masks for my 4 year old. After 10 days, I contacted WellBefore because even though the shipping status said "shipped" there was still no tracking information. They assured me that it was a shipping issue and that we should be receiving it any day. 3 days after that, I got an email saying that the order was canceled and the item wasn't even in stock. So it had not shipped despite what customer service said. My child wore less protective masks for an extra 2 weeks because it took them 2 weeks to cancel an order for an item they didn't even have.

The best KN95 masks for petite faces! I have a small face and the regular KN95 masks are too big for my face. The petite style, size 9-12, fit perfectly for my face (5'-2", 105 pounds). The adjustable ear loops are easy to adjust based on your face size. The masks are breathable and I can wear them all day. I've placed 3 orders and each order has shipped very quickly. Wonderful customer service and I look forward to purchasing more face masks once I run out!
