Changed my mind on the sizing of one of my items and customer service was quick to address it. The 3D Pro KN95s fit pretty well and the medium sizes come in a lot of great colors and designs. Wish they had more options for size small and large for my friends and family with non-average faces.

We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding more size options. Feedback like yours helps us improve and expand our offerings. We’ll be sure to share this with our product team. Thanks again for being part of the WellBefore family!

It seems like they are down-sizing the mask. Or making them easily breakable. I used to be able to take my n95 folded mask off and on all day without worry that the strings are gonna snap or slide off. Now I find myself having to use multiple a day sometimes. edit: They did reach out and make this right for me! Thanks so much.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the masks and the concerns regarding durability. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We’re continuously working with our suppliers to improve quality and consistency, and your feedback is very helpful in that process. We appreciate your support and the opportunity to improve.

We have used wellbefore masks throughout Covid and were totally satisfied. The most recent masks, a new improved around the ear design, had a most unpleasant, off gassing odor which persisted to a lesser degree after 2 days in the sun. Contacted customer service, totally satisfied with their response. Great company!
