Disappointed
I’m unsure of what to do with this large batch of masks I’ve ordered as they do not fit well and don’t easily adjust due their odd shaping. They somehow gap even when pinched in across the nose yet dig into cheek. I’ve been wearing masks through the workday for 5 yrs, unfortunately these are some of the least comfortable to the point I can’t tolerate wearing them for more than a couple mins. Such a waste.

The masks that I ordered were not fitting perfectly. I sent a picture to customer service and explained that I need comfortable, secure masks for medical appointments. They sent me a sample pack and helped me exchange the masks for the style and size that fit best.
