I accidentally ordered the wrong model and they helped me fix it
I am editing my review after promptly hearing from the customer service team. As a first time customer, I was confused and accidentally purchased some regular 3D KN95 masks when I was attempting to order all 3D Pro KN95 masks that come with the nose foam and fit very similarly to the mask model I normally use. The 3D Pro KN95s are a fantastic mask if you normally wear an Aura but need an ear strap model or need some fun colors and patterns. Even though it turns out it was my mistake, the team was very kind in allowing me to exchange the models I accidentally purchased for the ones that I wanted. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for a well made, well fitting, and stylish mask.
