Love the products
Love the products. I buy the 3D and KN95 for the entire family. They are well built and are comfortable to wear for couple of hours. As I’m immunocompromised, I never leaves my home without my mask. The actual delivery service is excellent. I never had issues with it.

The Best
I have tried many masks and respirators since March 2020. As a physician I know that protecting myself and others is essential. This N99 has a rubbery lining that both creates a seal and prevents movement. I have bought 60+ of these so far.

Subscriptions are a trial.
I sent a message asking for my shipping charge to be refunded or to cancel my subscriptions. I got a notification that the subscriptions have been cancelled. Then another message asking me to reply about my request. You are terrible with fulfilling subscriptions. Either the items are out of stock so I get nothing or you split up the subscription so all my savings because I subscribed go to shipping costs. I love your products but getting them is a trial.
