I ordered masks and for some reason my old NYC auto populated from Google. I didn't realize this until after the masks were delivered to my NYC address. Although I've ordered a few times from Well before, the customer service team couldn't send me new masks or even give me a refund. They asked me to ship the masks back, even though I've lived in a different state since 2021. I will no longer purchase any items from WellBefore and no longer recommend this company to my personal or professional network.
