In addition to my own long-term positive experiences with WellBefore, I am very involved in the disabled online community, and WellBefore is very well-trusted in those spaces to make high-quality products and to have good customer service. I appreciated that one time they accidentally oversold a product, and rather than just cancelling my order, they actively reached out and gave me the option to choose another color. For medical supplies, that difference of prompt communication and a few days of an order arriving really can matter.
