I purchased an item on social media, I believed all the hype and the so called referances, but there was a warning on BBC television news that these items were a scam ( so called Air conditioning unit ), and after a month I still had not recieved my item, I contacted the company who again made various excuses about how there was a delay, but PayPal who put the money back in my account within 3 days. Thank you PayPal This company sells scam products, everyone avoid, if you want to buy 💩 products and get told lots of excuses when it doesn't arrive then this is the company for you. PS the item arrived and was absolute 💩 it did not live up to the claim and did not cool the room, it basically was an overpriced fan heater.

I bought one of their toothbrushes (though I received, and was charged for two. I fought them for a refund, and after threatening them with the law, I finally received a full refund). The toothbrushes came with only 1 years supply of spare heads so I've contacted them to ask where I could buy more and was told " we do not supply the brush heads separately" TAKE NOTE!!!

1) I ordered it online and decided to cancel order within 10 minutes of ordering it, only to be told "sorry, it's already gone to shipping" Really? within 10 minutes. So, there was that. 2) Already gone to shipping?? I ordered it 3/26/26 didn't get to me until towards the end of May. Ok, fine. I started using it immediately. I liked the fact that water pik was easy to use, refill and clean - seemed to do the job, however, upon looking at other similar water piks, they all seemed to look the same and were cheaper. July 1, 2026 Went to use it and what fo you know it doesn't work, just keeps buzzing. So I thought maybe it needs to be juiced up. I let it juice up over night - went to use it July 2, still not working just buzzing. Just another crappy water pik. Thumbs down on this product👎🏽 and this compa👎🏽👎🏽

Nichts bestellen bei diesem Unternehmen. Der Anfang war soweit in Ordnung und die Lieferung von 4 Stück okay. Nachdem aber die erste Packung keinen Erfolg erzielt hatte wollte ich die restlichen 3 Packungen zurückschicken. Dies wurde aus hygienischen Gründen abgelehnt obwohl die Packungen noch mit Folie verpackt waren. E-Mail gingen hin und her und immer wieder wurde die Rücknahme abgelehnt. Erst nachdem ich den PayPal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet habe kam das Geld zurück

God l wish l had seen these reviews before l purchased this thing, l tried to cancel it just like everyone else, as saw amounts coming out of my PayPal account, PayPal should be notified that this is a scam and cancel them. I will be following up with PayPal to put in a dispute.
