Improveable in several respects
First, the price is much too high. Tiny bottle with a fluid that, in my case, doesn`t do anything. Ordered 1 bottle and ended up with an unwanted shipping protection of $5.99. This should be a choice and not automatically added up. The delivery time is up to 2 weeks. If payment was made through PayPal, be sure to go to your account and cancel recurring payments. This is another thing which keeps me away. Your agent is not welcome, just like another bottle of your product. Inappropriate behaviour could change my review in a negative way.

Hard sellI found the hard sell after choosing…
I found the hard sell after choosing the product really difficult to handle; so instead of trying it out first, I was pushed into buying 3 bottles thinking I was buying two, plus the added plasters.

Your website is difficult
Your website is difficult. I only needed 1 product each time - yet ended up with double my order.

All-in-all it was a good experience
All-in-all it was a good experience. As I checked out to purchase the product I was a bit confused at the additional pages I was taken through. I thought that I purchase the same product twice. It would be nice if to get a confirmation of the completed order before the additional pages
