Same experience as most people here. Ordered 2 bottles and somehow wound up paying for 5 plus shipping protection of $5.99. Immediately emailed to cancel 3 and of course it was already "with the courier" within 5 minutes. Shame on me for not doing my homework. And if payment was made through PayPal, be sure to go to your account and cancel recurring payments. They set themselves up for unwanted future shipments I assume.

For clarity, when it comes to the order, any add-ons, such as warranties or items must be actively selected and confirmed before the order is finalized. They are entirely optional and can always be skipped. Additionally, our shipping system is partially automated to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, which unfortunately means we are unable to intervene once an order has already been shipped.
