Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!

Awaiting results
*EDITED 2/2/22 After speaking with Eric, the VP Of operations and technology. Our issues were resolved with outcomes still dependent on those changes. I will say to read the contact very carefully before signing and be sure to ask your contact agent about ROI and what will be done to ensure your business sees results. As for the rude customer service I experienced from Lina Farley, Director of Customer Service - I was told that would be handled internally and I do hope so, as no business should be spoken to in that way. As I was extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and outraged with her customer service, I am optimistic about moving forward with this company thanks to Eric.
