Cara was extremely responsive and did her very best to make my experience a good one. She went out of her way to make sure that my requests were quickly followed up on. No fault of hers at all, it was not a good fit for my business.

My rep, Linda, was very helpful in creating the ad/image I wanted to show our potential buyers. She is always quick to return my calls. We were pleased with the quality of the postcard we chose, color, gloss, etc. We are fairly new to Welcome Wagon and response has been OK so far but has certainly covered the cost.

Welcome Wagon prices seemed very reasonable. They did a good job of working with us to design a post card that we believe will be successful. Of course the proof of effectiveness will be the response we receive. We will not be able to measure that for a number of months.

Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!

Great explanation from your sales person of processes and what to expect. Creating visual materials was very easy and design group very helpful. A little surprised at how long it took to get set up finalized.
