I just love my new zero gravity recliner 5 stars for sure,the only thing I can complain about is I hoped for faster delivery,but that's because I needed it and wanted it sooner,no fault to anyone or the recliner Thank you for a comfortable recliner.

The new chairs are Great and very comfortable. They replace 6 old chairs were not fully leather (polyurethane) that were purchased seven years ago. The Weilianda chairs and accessories are worlds apart from the previous ones. Easy to use, extremely comfortable and adjustable to exactly the most comfortable viewing position.

I love the chair but it had a problem with the tray in one of the arms, it did not fit and sloped downwards, yet on the other arm it was perfect. I emailed the company and took a picture of the problem. They emailed me back and asked if I was capable of imnstallimg the new arm and I said yes, we received the new arm it was perfect. Thats the way to treatr a customer, THANKS On a side note I ordered a new office chair and it came in damaged, the other company told me to file a claim with Fedex and I said no, i fought with them over a few emails and they agreed to sort the porblem out. what a difference between hthe companies!
