Everything was was great except, I had to take the switch plate off and connect the wire for the rgb lights. It was left disconnected from the factory. I went ahead and fixed it myself knowing the process it would have to taken to have the company come just to plug in a wire.

We received the wrong color product…we decided to keep it because we didn’t want to go thru the hassle of waiting for replacement. We also did not receive connectors initially. The company sent the connectors and provided us with a Goodwill complimentary product(s) which we appreciate; however, I would prefer accurate deliveries over complimentary products.
