Bad first: We received gold stitch when we selected white. Two of the chairs had dirt or mildew spots in the back. Inspector should use ultraviolet light. The controls should be higher to prevent finger getting caught between controls and when seat is in recline position. The Good: Firm chairs support the body. Not too soft. We like the gold stitching. Trays fit without removing stems. Easy assembly. Optional setups. Everything working. Reclines feet above the heart. Good Price. Great Customer Service. Delivered within expected time. They called and e-mailed to follow up on order. Very Satisfied one month in. Good quality.

Very nice seats, was not aware they were made in China. You could provide split power connectors when you purchase multiple seats.

The chairs are really good and I am happy with the quality. Pricing was very good. They look great in our theater room. The Customer Service phone was not working. It only had a message and I was not able to speak to anyone. Brackets for the chairs were supplied but the hardware (nuts/bolts) were not. They were sent later.

We do love these chairs and the accessories that went with it. Our only complaint is the hardness of the arms. I am looking for narrow pillows to put on either side to cushion the hardness.thank you, Melissa

Great service and product, buy 2 of my gold cup holder inserts came broken and that may be on the shippers but those things should be wrapped and secured in the armrest during shipping.
