Theater chair was delivered with all accessories and in excellent condition. The chair is very easy to assemble and also extremely comfortable. Thanks for the discount made it a easy choice in my family room.

After my purchase, Weilianda informed me by email that the chair already came with a phone holder because they noticed that I had added a phone holder to the order and wanted to make sure that was what I really wanted. I did not know one was already included, so I was able to have the extra phone holder removed from the order saving me some money. That was thoughtful of them to do that for me. Also, the chair was delivered on time and was in perfect shape. It is a good quality chair and works as described on the webpage.

The color we received wasn't quite right....however, the customer service and actual quality of the seats is/was excellent. Janice is exactly the person you want to take care of you. Thank you for doing all you could to make things right. We are happy with our purchase. Camille

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that has been given to me. Janice has been amazing !I ordered two silver trays thinking it came with the hide-able cup holder, they did not . I reached out to Janice and she immediately responded and took care of my situation:). Great communication!
