Janice was our after sale commissioner, she was awesome from the start, kept in touch with us throughout the sale, delivery and also checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the items and overall process. Janice took care of everything and we could not have asked for a better person taking care of us. The chairs are top grain leather and the quality is great.
