Ordered a (4) chair and (3) chair in red theater Chic. Their support staff reaches out to confirm the order and 100% transparent and accommodating to benefit the customer. Orders arrived on time, no issues with workmanship and everything worked as described. I would recommend this manufacturer and plan to use again for another home future project.

Great product. Love the adjustable headrests and the overall comfort. Customer service was great as well and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

This chair was on clearance at a significant discount, but it’s a brand new chair and as good as their any other chair, excellent build quality. It’s more than enough for me—I don’t feel like I’m missing out at all compared to the 2.0 or 3.0 versions. The deal is simply unbeatable. The chair arrived safely and was easy to assemble. The comfort is outstanding, and the included tray table and tablet holder are absolute game changers. It truly feels like the centerpiece of my entertainment setup and has elevated my experience tremendously. The customer service is top-notch. I received three calls—one to confirm my order, another when it was delivered, and a follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory. Each call was quick, informative, and never intrusive. It’s rare to see this level of care paired with such a superb product. Outstanding 11/10 experience!

I was initially hesitant to order these seats without being able to see them first, but now that they are here I am so happy I ordered them. I ordered 6 Chic Series seats and they are absolutely gorgeous, and incredibly comfortable. I have no doubt they will hold up long term and my family loves movie nights now in our home theater. If you’re in the fence just go for it I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The customer service team is also fantastic. They’ve answered any question I had extremely quickly!

I purchased two 3 seat black Chic Series seating. Weilianda went above and beyond from the start. They called to confirm the order, updated shipping status and followed up after delivery to see how I liked it. It is high quality, easy to assemble, and looks better than any picture you see. Customer service is very responsive and I can’t say enough about the comfort and feel. Amazing product at a great price.
