Hi Andrea! I'm sorry you feel you weren't able to get help. You sent us an e-mail on December 7 and we responded within a few hours letting you know that your money is in your Wefunder Cash account that you can transfer back to your bank account. Unfortunately, we don't have any e-mail from you prior to this asking for assistance. This money is still there - as of January 5 - and you have yet to respond to our e-mail or initiate the transfer. We want to help so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hey there! Thanks for for the feedback. We wanted to take a moment to apologize for the poor investor support you received during this time. The oversubscription for that company did not show Wefunder in the best light and we learned a lot from that experience. We have since then improved things to prevent an experience like that happening again for our investors. We have expanded our team and are now able to provide a much better investor experience. If there is anything we can still do on our end, we want to help and make up for the issues you previously had.

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback. We are currently in the process of working on automating a lot of our system to improve processing times. In addition, we are planning some new features that will make your portfolio more intuitive and informative. We are excited to release these soon!
