Hi Stephanie, Thanks for reaching out and reviewing us. I'm sorry that you feel your experience has been one star worthy. Unfortunately, as we had talked already, your investment was confirmed with Called Higher Studios and you have a legally binding contract with them that is signed by you and the company. Wefunder cannot just legally break contracts and refund money. I checked your emails that you have received from us and nothing stated you were getting a refund, unfortunately. You did receive an email three months ago letting you know you could opt out of a rolling close for the raise, but you didn't choose to do that.
