Customer service is fantastic. If you have an issue, they’ll get right on it. They’ll correct the issue immediately the delivery comes as promise on the due date and everything is still frozen. I will recommend We Feed Raw to all the people. I know that have fur babies

This is not quality. I bought this food in July, I had already been making homemade dog food with a variety of ingredients with no issues, just wanted a backup for ease. I have years of experience making my own dog food and my dog has not had any issues. I cooked VIVA to be safe and slowly added but only up to 50% over a 2-3 week period. My dog had such bad diarrhea and if this was quality food similar to my own ingredients, this would not have happened. I got another shipment accidentally because my subscription did not cancel so even trying to use that, same process, my dog got sick. My dog has been fine for months on my own homemade food and I decided to try and use the last of VIVA, thawed, cooked, 1 tablespoon each meal, total of three meals, my dog kept me up all night having to be let out. I threw all remaining vivaaaway, it’s not healthy.

Always receive on time, customer service is A+ and my dogs enjoy it.

My dogs have been doing amazing on we feed raw. I’ve noticed their coats look a feel much healthier along with their body conditions. My Chihuahua was so picky with regular kibble but ever since he’s been on raw he literally RUNS to his kennel for his dinner. I also had a senior golden who was on raw, she loved every bite and when I forgot to cancel her subscription after her pass “we feed raw” customer service was so incredibly kind and got me sorted out. I love the communication from we feed raw both with needing help and text reminders. The website is super easy to navigate and I like that I can switch up proteins or add treats in every now and then. I highly highly recommend

Love the convenience of having my dog’s raw food delivered to me. We live half the year in the PNW and half the year in the south. Trying to find a local pet store that carried raw food was difficult and sometimes I had to drive an hour away to buy raw dog food. It’s been very easy to change our delivery address and delivery date to accommodate our travel time, and Gus LOVES his food! Our cat Latte also enjoys licking the packaging clean.

Deliveries are always on time, carefully packaged. Product is well presented and my dog loves it. When I have had concerns with the food or wanted to make changes to my order, their customer care team answers immediately and resolves whatever I need. I've been a satisfied customer for 2 years now.
